JAFL would like to tell you about changes of Top League Home & Away rules and would like you to disseminate it to your team mates.
 We faithfully apologize for the luck of dissemination about the contents of rules and the area of  responsibility, and for the occurrence of burden on each team due to Home & Away rules applied since last year.
 Therefore, we tell you below about changes about the contents of rules and the area of  responsibility. Please disseminate it to your team mates.
 In addition, as the future prospects, the new rule aims that home team reserve a game ground.

On HP site of JAFL, the team that noted first on the fixture will be home team and another team that noted second will be away team. Also, the area of responsibility on each team, umpires and management staffs is noted below.
